We would like to take the time to recommend Nicole Charles as a realtor.  We listed our condo on the market in August of 2006.  We had two realtors during that time.  Both of them, I would describe as the run of the mill kind of realtor.  We were given a sign in our yard and they listed the property in the newspaper for open houses.  None of these activities generated much foot traffic.  After 16 months on the market, we still hadn't received an offer and had lowered our asking price 5 times for a total of $20,000.
